In this section you can find out more about celebrations in our festive banquet hall, whose unique view over the Danube valley creates a very special ambience for your big day.
You are also very welcome to visit us on site to see what we have to offer and we will be happy to advise you in a personal meeting.
General information
- The wedding hall can seat 120 people for your wedding reception.
- If there are fewer than 60 wedding guests, the size of the hall will be adjusted.
- Multifunctional lighting and audio control for DJs and shows.
- Wedding aperitifs and buffets can be set up in the foyer of the Parkhotel Donauwörth.
- In good weather, wedding receptions are also possible on the panoramic terrace or in the hotel park.
- The hotel park of the Parkhotel Donauwörth in Donau-Ries is accessible and suitable for fireworks (registration required).
- There is a large free hotel parking lot for wedding guests at the hotel.
- Additional wedding rooms (e.g. bridal pampering, childcare) can be booked for an additional charge.
- The dance floor is free of charge for groups of 70 or more (max. 110 seats with dance floor), including tablecloths, cloth napkins and candles.
- There is a free slideshow projector in the foyer for presenting your pictures via USB stick.
- Our service is included in the menu price until midnight; after this time, an hourly night surcharge applies.
- The wedding room for the bride and groom is free of charge for groups of 70 or more.
- Your wedding guests receive a reduced room rate on all overnight stays at the Parkhotel Donauwörth (depending on the season).
- Your guests can charge their e-cars conveniently and sustainably at our 8 22kW AC charging points (Type2) - with a charging card, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Wedding cakes and pastries
Whether 3-tiered, in a special shape or with a creative structure - we will help you find your personal wedding cake.
Our cakes, pastries and chocolates are made in our regular pastry shop and confectionery Café Hummel in Donauwörth. An illustrated selection of creative cakes, as well as your own suggestions, can be realized.
You can also bring your own cakes, tarts and pastries: Service / plate charge is €3.80 per person (please label any packaging you bring).

Buffets and combination options:
We also offer varied buffets: From various starters and salad buffets to a selection of several main courses and desserts. You are also welcome to combine served dishes with courses from the buffet.

We offer further options for events for 25 - 45 people in our rooms Schellenberg and Sternschanze. Here you can also eat à la carte with up to 20 people. We also offer exclusive 4 to 7 course menus.
The exchange of individual dishes within the sample menus is possible at any time and only requires a new calculation of the menu price.
The number of place settings can be reduced up to 24 hours before the day of the event, after which the original number of place settings will be charged for organizational reasons.
